Yes. Even if you have signed up to volunteer for the Glory Conference, you will also need to register as an attendee. This will help both The Glory Conference Team and the OVO Arena Team determine the anticipated number of people coming into the Venue for the conference.

Yes, there are quite a few 24 – hour official event car parks scattered around the Wembley Park area. To secure a car park space at the best available rate, pre-booking online in advance is recommended.

YES! Following the example of our Lord Jesus, children are very much welcome!

For those with younger children you may be directed to sit in a specific area of the Arena auditorium to allow you easy access to the auditorium exits and the venue facilities during the Conference sessions.

Please feel free to come with your baby buggy however, kindly note that you will be asked to leave it in a buggy park outside the Auditorium and not permitted to bring it into the Arena auditorium due to space restrictions inside the auditorium, we thank you in advance for your understanding.

Please note that children under 18 months don’t need a ticket.

The Venue’s policy is that under 14s in the seated area need to be with someone aged 16 or over.

You can bring confectionary, but drinks cannot be brought into the Venue. If you have a medical condition or need to bring babies milk, please email the OVO customer services at customerservices@ovoarena.co.uk.

A variety of beverages will be available for purchase within the Venue and free water is available on the concourses from water dispensers.

For security reasons all adult backpacks and rucksacks of any size plus any other bags larger than 40 x 35 x 19 cm are not allowed.

Luggage cannot go into the auditorium or be stored anywhere in the venue. The Arena does not have cloakrooms. All remaining bags will be searched.

On Friday 12th April 2024 all participants will have to vacate the Arena auditorium after the morning session as most of the Arena staff will be stepped down from work and the Arena auditorium will need to be lightly cleaned ahead of the evening session. The doors will be reopened for the evening session by 4:30pm.
